IMAGEART GIFTS PHOTO CONTEST
DESCRIPTION:
Upload your favorite photo for a
chance to win a great prize. Judges will select the
winning photograph on the last day of each
month; entry categories and prizes change every month. The winning picture
will be posted on our website with a link to your website
(if you have one). Each
entry is only $1.99.
There is no limit on the number
of pictures you can enter each month.
WHO CAN ENTER:
We accept entries from both
amateur and professional photographers. Everyone has a
favorite photo and we are looking for the "picture worth a
thousand words". Please upload images at the
highest quality possible.
HOW TO ENTER:
Click on this
upload photo link
and e-mail your picture entry as an attachment or e-mail to the address below
directly from your photo program.
After we receive your entry, we will e-mail you a confirmation
along with a request for the $1.99 fee. Click on the
link in this e-mail to pay through Paypal. When we receive
your payment your picture is entered in the contest and you will
receive a second confirmation e-mail from us. Please include a
name and short description with your entry.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The photo must have been taken by the person making the
entry.
- Photos deemed to have inappropriate content will be
disqualified and the entry fee will NOT be returned.
- For entries of pictures of children, parent or legal
guardian grants our site the right to publish the submitted
photo with parent' name.
- Names of all winners will be published.
- Winners will be announced on website within 1 week of end
of each month's contest. Prizes will be available at
that time.
- Our contest is void where prohibited by law. The
contestants assume the total responsibility of knowing that
they reside in a state that prohibits photo contests and are
subject to any local, state or national laws. Imageart
Gifts accepts no responsibility for making these individual
legal determinations.
